Treasurer’s Report
Ron reported we had a balance of $2,084.71 in the general fund. The scholarship
fund and the building fund balance remained the same. After a discussion it was
decided that the officers would recommend a pledge of $25,000 to the building
fund. This proposal will be brought to the council at the December meeting. Our
pledge needs to be made before the end of the calendar year.

Financial Secretary’s Report
Wayne reported we are in good standing with Supreme. He stated we now have 3
new council members and one new insurance member for the fiscal year. There is
a new form 100 and Wayne asked that all current forms be thrown away as they
are no longer accurate. Third degree medallions are now available.

fund. A letter was also read that was received from Mom’s House thanking us for
the donation.
