Financial Secretary’s Report
Wayne reported we are in good standing with Supreme. He will be sending a reminder to members that have not
paid their 2010 dues. To date $2,320 has been paid in 2010 dues.

Review of Correspondence/Old Business
GK received an invitation from A Woman’s Concern to purchase a table at their upcoming banquet. After a
discussion the purchase of a $500 table was approved. We will use advance funds from the 2010 Pig Roast and
Golf Outing to pay for the table. Members that would like to attend should get in touch with Larry.

There was a discussion as to what is the best way to turn the donated ’92 Mercedes into cash. It was decided that
using a web-site, i.e. e-Bay or Craig’s list would be the best. GK is going to seek a volunteer to assist that has auto
and web-site experience. Rick Klein or Tom Broski were recommended.

GK inquired how the call list worked with the first round of calls that we did to remind members of the date change
for the February general meeting. Reports were mixed; many calls were to a voice machine.

GK sought a discussion on how we allocate the proceeds from our fund raisers. He was wondering if the 25% rule
to the council restricted us to much. It was determined that we could apply more to the council if needed by
allocating part of the remaining 75%.

An email was received from Supreme asking for the donation of wheel chairs for the Haiti victims. Officers were
curious as to where the wheel chairs would be taken if we received any. Gerry said he would check with the
Mennonite Central Committee to see if they had a program for Haiti.

We need to set a date for distribution of the Free-Throw Trophies for the winners from the Council event.
